The Ld. Agent of the O.Ps is present

The Complainant is again absent, no step is taken on his behalf.

The Ld. Agent of the O.Ps drawing our attention to the conduct of the Complainant and materials made available on record contends that while the Complainant is again absent today, the instant complaint is deserved to be dismissed.

The materials on record reveals that the Complainant has refrained himself from appearing before the Forum on the dates fixed viz 18/02/2013, 04/03/2013, 22/03/2013, 09/04/2013 and this day. It would be seen that on some dates, he appeared at a late stage and hours and his appearance was noted in the record.

Since, the Complainant has been approach of the process of this proceeding casually, having regard to the conduct of the Complainant and as no fruitful result is not coming out because of its pendency, we are of the view that the complaint should be dismissed.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        That the complaint be and the same is dismissed for default.
