          Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as        Amended Upto Date.

                    Today the case is fixed for filing Power of attorney as well as written statement by the OP No. 1. At this stage, complainant by making a separate stated that he does not  want to persue the present complaint on account of some technical reasons; thus, he withdraws the same with liberty to file it fresh.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance. The original document, if any, on the file be returned to the complainant after retaining the photocopy of the same in office record.
