None for the OPs No. 1 and 2.
OP No. 3 already ex-parte vide order dated 16.08.2021(Ms. Devanshi Singh, Manager(Legal), Ujjivan Small Finance Bank i.e. OP No. 3 along with Shri Umakant Kataria, Advocate.
File taken up on an application moved by the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present case.
Shri Umakant Kataria filed memo of appearance on behalf of OP No. 3 (already ex-parte vide order dated 16.08.2021) for marking his presence before the Commission.
Ms. Devanshi Singh, Manager(Legal), Ujjivan Small Finance Bank i.e. OP No. 3, by making a separate statement, stated that she has handed over to the Complainant a Demand Draft bearing No. 459746 dated 29.05.2023, amounting to Rs. 80,000/- drawn at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank in lieu of full and final settlement.
On the other hand, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he has received an amount of Rs. 80,000/- through Demand Draft bearing No. 459746 dated 29.05.2023, drawn at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, from OP No. 3 i.e. Ujjivan Small Scale Finance Bank in lieu of full and final settlement and now, nothing remains due in the present matter. As the matter has been amicably settled, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.
Heard. In view of the statements made by the OP No. 3 as well as the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.
A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
