                     Both parties file haziras. D.Hr. files a petition praying for disposing the case from full satisfaction on the ground that the J/Dr. has already made payment of the disputed amount by disposing the same in the S/B A/C of the D/Hr. lying with the J/Dr./Bank. Perused the said petition. Heard both sides considered.

                     It is submitted by the Ld. Lawyer of the D/Hr. that J.Dr./Bank has already made payment and the case may be disposed of on full satisfaction.
