This case stands admitted on 18.06.2018 with a direction to submit requisite to issue notice. But it appears from the record that thereafter complainant appeared sometimes or remained absent but did not comply the order and further it is relevant to mention that since 09.01.2020 complainant has regularly been absent. Despite having given vide gyapank no. 857 dated 22.06.2022 complainant. Therefore, it is apparent from the conduct of the complainant that he has left the interest in this case. Therefore, this complaint case stands dismissed.
