The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to refund a sum of Rs.2,82,190/- paid by the complainant towards the penal interest, to refund a sum of Rs.7,14,787/- paid by the complainant towards the excess interest, to refund a sum of Rs.56,930/- paid by the complainant towards the unauthorized charges, to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for committing deficiency in service and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
Memo filed by the complainant that the matter has been settled out of court between the complainant and the opposite party’s Bank. The same received and recorded. In view of the memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of court. No Cost.
