            The Decree Holder is absent on calls. We have perused the order dated 19.06.2018. Notice sent to the Decree Holder has been received by him. The Decree holder is remained absent today on calls. Hence, it presumes that, the DHR has received the decretal amount from the JDR.

            As the DHR is absent and not taken any steps today, we inclined to drop the case today. Hence the case is dropped.
