On scrutiny of records, it appears that on 11.12.2023 complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed due to non-prosecution and date was fixed on 04.01.2024.

Today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint for non-prosecution.

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.208/2018  be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution against the complainant without any cost.
