The complainant is absent without any step. OP/State Bank of India is represent by Learned Counsel.

                Learned Counsel for the OP submitted that the OP has already handed over a bankers cheque bearing No. 930582 dated 07/10/2017, in favour of complainant Mr. Chirajuddin Ahmed, amounting to Rs. 151000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty one thousand) only and therefore, claim amount of the complainant is satisfied. Photo Copy of aforesaid bankers cheque is produced. It is submitted that since the claim amount has been satisfied by the OP, the present case may be disposed off accordingly. It is further submitted that a petition in this regard has been filed on 30.12.2017.

                 Perused the case record and the aforesaid petition dated 30.12.2017. Considering the submission advanced by Learned counsel for the OP and the materials on record, it appears that the claim amount to the tune of Rs. 151000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty one thousand) only has been satisfied as mentioned hereinabove.

                  In view of the  this case stands disposed off. No Cost.
