Final Order / Judgement Complainant has filed this complaint for directing the Ops to refund the amount Rs.3390000/ with interest at the 24% per annum with compensations Rs. 1500000/ for harassment and Rs.100000/ for litigation expenses. It appears from perusal from the complainant that the amount of Rs.3390000/ was withdrawn from his account from the month July,1993 till the month of march,2022. It is clear that the complainant has sought relief in respect of the amount of which withdrawal was started to be effective from July,1993 has the relief  is clearly  barred by time. Complainant is hereby  dismissed as time barred. Case is registered as Misc. Case.
