ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Gurcharan Kumar, Complainant has stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Yamunanagar (Haryana) as the counsel for OP No.1 & 2 has resisted the complaint on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. In view of the request made by the complainant, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Yamunanagar (Haryana). However, the period of limitation spent by complainant in prosecuting the present complaint before this Commission shall be excluded for the purpose of limitation. The original documents, if any, attached with the complaint, are ordered to be returned to the complainant by retaining photocopy of the same.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
