          Today, when this appeal was called out for hearing on the point of admission of this appeal, Appellant chose to remain absent.  Registry of this Commission had already informed to the Appellant vide a letter dated 01/07/2014 that his request for hearing the appeal via video conferencing was turned down as such facility is presently not available with this Commission and the Appellant was called upon to appear before this Commission either in person or through an authorized representative or through lawyer on 16/07/2014.  However, on 16/07/2014 none appeared on behalf of the Appellant and the appeal came to be adjourned till today.  However, as pointed out earlier, Appellant is absent even today.  Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.  No order as to costs.
