Today the present complaint is fixed for submitting written version by Ops No.2 & 3 but counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before the Commission that Ops have redressed their grievance and complainant is satisfied with the same and further requested that he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and requested for filing the same.

                   In view of the statement so tendered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is disposed off being fully satisfied.   Copies of the order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
