ORAL ORDER

Per – Hon’ble Mr. P. B. Joshi, Presiding Judicial Member   

        This appeal was lying in the sine-die list.  Thereafter, it was taken out from sine-die list and notices intimating today’s date fixed for hearing were issued to both the parties to the appeal proceeding through State Commission by RPAD at the instance of the Commission.  However, inspite of due service of notice, today none present for the Appellant.  Smt. Smita Sudhir Oak, Branch Manager is present on behalf of the Respondent.    Today, the Appellant has failed to appear today without any sufficient reason.  This is an old appeal pending since the year 2000.  In view of absence of the Appellant today, it is not desirable to prolong the old matter.  Hence, the appeal stands dismissed in default.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
