OPs are represented by the Ld. Advocate. Complainant                    is found absent on repeated calls. It is now 2.30 Pm.

Heard Ld. Advocate of  the OPs. Perused the record. Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why the case shall not be dismissed. It reveals from the record that on the earlier day complainant was found absent.

At the time of hearing Ld. Advocate of the OP submits that the complainant has expired long back.

Considering the non filing of show cause on the side of the complainant, we are of the view that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this matter furthermore.

                   Hence

ORDERED

that the instant Consumer Case being in No. 82/2023 is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
