Today the case is fixed for Ex-parte hearing. Advocate for the complainant is absent today on call. No steps taken on repeated call. Hearing could not be conducted due to absence of the complainant. The Forum has given sufficient opportunity to the complainant to conduct the ex-parte hearing, but the complainant continuously absent on the hearing for which we feel that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Accordingly the case is dismissed for default on absence of the complainant.
