This case stands filed on 16.02.2018 however this case was posted for disposal at the stage of admission it self but it appears from the record that both the parties have been absent regularly since 06.05.2019 on 27.05.2022 notiec was also issued but complainant did not appear. As it is obvious from the record that both the parties have not been interested in this case as per the conduct as indicated above this case stands dismissed.
