Heard Mrs. June Chaudhari, Sr. Advocate, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rakesh Tiku, Sr. Advocate, learned counsel for the Caveator. 2. This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner M/s Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd. through its Managing Director Shri Satish Chopra against the orders dated 5.6.2013, 13.6.2013 and 14.6.2013 passed by the Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to approach this Commission in accordance with law in case the petitioner feels aggrieved by the final order of the State Commission on petitioner applications and/or the F.A. No.537/2013. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as per request.
