Present Consumer Complaint is filed against the Opposite Party for relief of Rs.58,664/- arising out of consumer dispute arose between the parties.  However, the parties have settled the consumer dispute during the pendency of the complaint case outside court out of free will and a pursis to this effect is filed by complainant on 05/03/2020 before the Forum.  Since consumer dispute is settled, the complaint case is Disposed off as settled, & file is closed & sent to record room.  Additional set be collected by the complainant within 30 days or else office is free to dispose the additional record as per Regulation 2005.
