Today matter is listed for oral arguments. During the arguments this Bench is of the view that since the amount involved as well prayed by the complainant is way out Rs. 20 lacs which does not come under the pecuniary Jurisdiction of this Commission. Therefore Complainant requested to withdraw the complaint to file the same before Hon’ble Station Commission with liberty to wave off the limitation period, if any. Request allowed. In view of Hon’ble Supreme Court judgment in Laxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial institute (1995) 3 SSC 583.  Complainant seeks liberty to withdraw the matter to file afresh before the appropriate forum. Heard allowed. Matter be dismissed as withdrawn. Let original file be returned after retaining one copy on record. File be consigned to record-room.
