Complainant is present and she files hajira through her Ld. lawyer. The case is taken up for admission hearing. At this stage the complainant files a petition stating that there are some formal defects in the petition of complaint and so she wants to withdraw the case with liberty to file fresh case on the same cause of action. Perused the petition  and the petition of complaint . Heard the complainant in person  and her Ld. Lawyer. Considered. Prayer is allowed. Complainant is permitted to withdraw the case with liberty to file the case afresh if not barred as per provision of the C.P.Act 1986. The case stands disposed of accordingly.
