On 23.12.2015, Sh.Satpal Singh, complainant got recorded his statement that In view of the compromise effected between the parties, Sh.Satpal Singh,complainant got recorded his statement that has received today in the Forum cheque/payinst draft No.898908 dated 11.12.2015 for Rs.31959/- drawn on HDFC Bank towards the claim filed by him in the present complaint in view of compromise between the parties. Therefore, he do not want to proceed further with the complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
