Present :-  Adv. Neeraj for Complainant alongwith Complainant in person.

           Adv. Megha Gupta for OP.

 

Both parties state that the dispute between the parties has been settled for an amount of Rs. 23,751/- as full and final settlement.  OP handed over the Demand Draft with regard to settlement amount. Complainant admitted that he received the Demand Draft.  Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
