                        Sh. Rajiv Kr. Gupta, Adv. for the respondent.

 

ORDER:-     

 

                   On the intervention of this Commission, parties have entered into amicable settlement. Counsel for the respondent offered Rs.1,29,000/- only to the complainant, as full and final settlement of the matter, within the 45 day. Counsel for the complainant agreed to it and statement of the counsel for the complainant as well as statement of the counsel for the respondent recorded.

                      In view of the statement of the counsel for the parties, without passing any adverse remarks, on the act and conduct of any of the parties, matter being amicably settled, this complaint is accepted against the respondent, holding it liable to make the payment of Rs.1,29,000/- as full and final settlement, of the matter, within the period of 45 days from today, in default of it, respondent shall be liable to pay simple interest @ 8% p.a., on the amount of Rs.1,29,000/- from the date of order, till actual payment. Certified copy of order be supplied to the parties, free of cost. File be consigned to the records.
