ORDER

Present:       Shri S.S. Saini, Adv. for the complainant.

                    Shri Kuldeep Singh, Adv. for respondent.

 

                                                        

                   Parties have entered into amicable settlement. Respondent agreed to make payment of Rs. 87,500/- to the complainant within the period of 60 days. Statement of counsel for respondent as well as counsel for complainant has been recorded separately.

            In view of the statement of counsel for respondent, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of the respondent, matter being amicably settlement, complaint is accepted and in view of the compromise, respondent is liable to make payment of Rs. 87,500/- within the period of 60 days, from the date of order, in default of it, , the award amount shall also carry on interest @7% per annum (simple) from the date of order till actual realization. Parties are left to bear their own cost of litigations. File  be consigned to records.
