Present:    Complainant with Sh. Vijay Kamboj, Adv.

                 Sh. Parmod Gupta, Adv. for respondent No. 1.

                               

                On the basis of even dated application filed by both the parties, case file taken up today. Parties have entered into compromise. Statement of the counsel for respondent No. 1 and the complainant recorded.

              Hence, in view of compromise between the parties, the respondent No. 1 held liable to pay Rs. 31500/- (Rupees Thirty One Thousand Five Hundred) only to the complainant, within the period of one month from today. In case, respondent No. 1 will not make payment of Rs. 31500/- within the stipulated period, as mentioned here-in-before, then, the respondent No. 1 shall be liable to make payment of interest at the rate of 7% per annum on the amount of Rs. 31500/- from the date of this order, till actual realization. Apart from it, provisions of Section 25/27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, may be invoked, against the respondent No. 1.
