                     Sh. Parmod Gupta, Adv. for the respondent No.1.

                     (Notice of the complaint was not ordered against respondent No.2.).

 

              Service is complete. Efforts for compromise made and same succeeded. Sh. Parmod Gupta, Advocate on behalf of the respondent No.1, proposed lump-sum payment in the sum of Rs.23,500/- to the complainant, within 45 days, from today. Complainant agreed to the proposal made by Sh. Parmod Gupta, Advocate on behalf of the respondent No.1. Statement of complainant and counsel for the respondent No.1 recorded.

                    Keeping in view the statement of complainant and counsel for the respondent No.1, without making any adverse comment, on the act and conduct of the respondent No.1, matter being amicably settled. The present complaint is accepted against the respondent No.1, holding it liable to make the payment of Rs.23,500/- (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) in lump sum to the complainant, within the period of 45 days, from today, in default of it, respondent shall be liable to pay the simple interest @ 8% p.a., from the date of order till actual payment of Rs.23,500/-. File be consigned to the records.
