                    (Notice of complaint was not ordered against the respondent No.2).

                    

               This case is taken up on today before Lok Adalat.   Keeping in view statement of counsel for the respondent No.1 dated 08.08.2023 and the complainant, without touching to the merits of the case and without making any adverse comment in either way on the act and conduct of any of the parties, matter being amicably settled, the complaint is accepted against the respondent No.1, holding it liable to make payment of Rs.23,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand only) as full and final settlement, to the complainant, within the period of 45 days from the date of order, in default of it, the respondent No.1 shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% per annum from the date of order till actual payment.  File be consigned to the records.
