        (Notice of complaint was not ordered against respondent No.1).

                                                         

             Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.2 filed by Sh. Parmod Gupta, Advocate. Parties have entered into an amicable settlement according to which respondent No.2 agreed to make payment of Rs.60,000/- in lumpsum to the complainant within the period of 60 days. Statement of the counsel for the respondent No.2 and counsel for the complainant is recorded separately.

                   In view of statement of counsel for the parties, as mentioned hereinbefore, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of the respondent No.2, the present complaint, as a matter of amicable settlement, is accepted against the respondent No.2 holding it liable to make the payment of Rs.60,000/- only, in lumpsum, to the complainant, within the period of 60 days from today, in default of it, respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay interest @7% per annum from the date of order till actual realization. File be consigned to records.
