ORDER:-

             On the basis of even dated application filed by the complainant through counsel, file taken up on today and counsel for the respondent who is present before the Commission in the case titled as Bhavnish Vs. OIC, in Consumer Complaint No.299 of 2024, is notified about the application and he also endorsed no objection on the application.

              The parties have entered into the amicably settlement and on behalf of the respondent, payment in the sum of Rs.1,28,000/ within 45 days, as full and final settlement of the matter, has been offered, to the complainant.

                  The counsel for the complainant accepted the offer, made on behalf of the respondent. Statement of counsel for the respondent as well as counsel for the complainant recorded.

                   In view of the statement of the counsel for the parties, without passing any adverse comment, on the act and conduct of any of the parties, the present complaint is accepted against the respondent, holding it liable to make the payment of Rs.1,28,000/- (Rupees One Lac Twenty Eight Thousand only) as full and final settlement of the matter, within the period of 45days from today, in default of it, respondent shall be liable to pay simple interest @ 8 % p.a., on the amount of Rs.1,28,000/- from the date of order, till actual payment. Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of cost. Reader of the Commission is directed to incorportae necessary entry, in the computer system/relevant register showing the final disposal of the complaint, on today instead of 29.10.2024.

                   File be consigned to the records.
