CC No.38 of 2023.

Dharamender    Vs.   Star Health.

 

Present:       Complainant with Sh. J.S. Arneja, Adv.

                    Sh. Naveen Kaushal, Adv. for the respondent No.1.

                   (Notice of complaint was not ordered against the respondent No.2&3).  

                                  

                On the basis of even dated application filed by the respondent No.1, file taken up today. Complainant alongwith his counsel also present before the Commission. The parties have entered into compromise. Statement of the counsel for the respondent No.1 and complainant recorded.

                 In view of the statement of the counsel for the respondent No.1 and statement of the complainant, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of the respondent No.1, matter being amicably settled, the present complaint is accepted against the respondent No.1, holding the respondent No.1 liable to make payment of Rs.68,000/- (Rupees Sixty Eight Thousand only) as full and final settlement to the complainant within the period of 45 days from today, in default of it, the respondent No.1 shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% per annum on the award amount from the date of order till actual realization. Parties are left to bear their own cost of litigation. File be consigned to the record.
