Ankush Singla vs. Star Health.

 

 

Present.       Sh.DS Chauhan, Adv. for complainant.

                    Sh.Naveen Kaushal, Adv. for opponents.

 

           Written statement filed by the opponents. Copy supplied to the opposite counsel.  However, on the intervention of the Commission, parties have entered amicable settlement and on behalf of opponents Sh.Naveen Kaushal, Adv. for opponents suffered statement, according to which the opponents are ready to make payment of Rs.14500/- only in lump sum to the complainant within the period of 45 days.

                    On the another hand, ld. Counsel for complainant agreed to the proposal made by the counsel for the opponents.

                Without making any adverse comments on the act and conduct of the opponents, matter being amicably settled between the parties, the complaint is accepted against the opponents, holding them jointly and severally liable to make payment of Rs.14500/- only to the complainant within the period of 45 days from the date of this order.  In default of it, the opponents shall be liable to make payment of simple interest @8% p.a. from the date of order till actual realization. Parties are left to bear their own costs of litigation.

                    File be consigned to the records.
