In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action if need arises and he desires so. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
