  2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co.Ltd. No.15, Sri Balaji Complex, First Floor, White Lane, Royapettah, Chennai-600014, through its Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Shri S.N.Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant.

                Shri Mohit Goyal, counsel for the OPs.

               

                Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of the OPs. Written version not filed.

                 Learned counsel for the complainant & OPs suffered their joint statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties. As per the compromise, OPs are ready to pay Rs.2,05,000/ to the complainant, as full and final settlement, within 45 days.

                Further learned counsel for the complainant his suffered a separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.

               In view of statement of both the learned counsel for parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
