2.     Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd., 1, New Tank Street, Vailiuvar Kottam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034, through Grievance Redressal Officer/Authorized Signatory.

Complaint Under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Shri Mohit Goyal, counsel for OPs.

 

                File taken up today on the application moved by learned counsel for OPs.                   

                Learned counsel for OPs no.1 and 2 suffered a separate statement to the effect that OPs no.1 and 2 has settled the matter with complainant for Rs.98000/-. OPs no.1 and 2 pay the said amount within one month from the date of order.

                On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant suffered a separate statement to the effect that in view of statement of learned counsel for OPs, he withdraw the present complaint. He further stated that he shall reserve his right to file fresh complaint in case the payment is not made as per compromise.

                In view of statement of both the learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel of both parties, the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
