This record is put up today on the strength of the put up petition filed by the complainant with a prayer for disposal of the complaint under full and final satisfaction.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant also files a separate verified application stating that during the pendency of this case the disputes have already been settled amicably between the parties out of court and the O.Ps. have already paid the settled amount under compromise to the complainant through Demand Draft against his grievance. The complainant is satisfied with settlement amount. Therefore, the complainant is not willing to proceed with this complaint further and prays for disposal of this complaint with full and final satisfaction.

As the complainant by filing  a verified petition stating the above fact and is not willing to proceed with this complaint further, as the grievance of the complainant has already been settled out of this Forum, this Forum is of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 132/2019 be and the same is disposed of on the ground of amicable settle without any cost. The case need not be put up on the date so fixed, i.e., on 31.10.2019.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
