During the course of proceedings, Ld.counsel for the opposite party has submitted that complainant has not submitted relevant documents with the opposite party. So, opposite party could not settle the claim case of the complainant. Opposite party is ready to decide the claim case of the complainant, if the complainant submits the required documents for the settlement of the claim case of the complainant. Ld.counsel for the complainant has submitted that he is ready to submit required documents to the opposite party as mentioned in the written version filed by the opposite party.

Resultantly, this complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to submit all the relevant documents as mentioned in the written version by the opposite party for the settlement of the claim case of the complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of order and opposite parties are directed to decide the claim case of the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of documents from the complainant. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of the orders be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
