Present:       Shri Yashvir Dahiya, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Shri Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite parties.

                   File taken up today before Pre Lok Adalat on an application moved by ld. Counsel for the complainant. Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant for Rs.14,500 only(Rupees Fourteen thousand five hundred only) and they will make the payment within 60 days.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off. The opposite parties are directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.14,500/- only(Rupees Fourteen thousand five hundred only)  to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite party shall be liable 2 pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 06.04.2023 till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
