Bhupender Singh Versus Star Health.

                   Shri Parmod Gupta, Adv. for the respondent No.1.

                   (Notice of complaint was not ordered against respondent No.2).

                                                                            

                   Written statement not filed by the respondent No.1. Counsel for the respondent No.1 submitted, the parties have entered into compromise and in view of the compromise, the respondent No.1 has agreed to pay Rs.3,50,000/- to the complainant within the period of thirty days from today. Statement of counsel for the respondent No.1 and counsel for the complainant recorded. In view of the statement of counsel for the respondent No.1, as the matter has amicably been settled between the parties, therefore, without making any adverse comment against the respondent No.1, the complaint is, partly, accepted against the respondent No.1 and it is held liable to make the payment of Rs.3,50,000/- only to the complainant, within the period of one month from today, in default of it, amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees three lacs fifty thousand only) shall carry on interest @7% per annum (simple) from the date of order, till actual realization. Apart from it, provision of Section 71/72 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 may be invoked against the respondent No.1. File be consigned to records.
