During the course of arguments, ld.counsel for the opposite party submitted that the complainant never submitted claim form alongwith relevant documents. Complainant can submit the claim form alongwith relevant documents including bills etc.with the opposite party and opposite party shall decide the claim case of the complainant. Ld.counsel for the complainant has stated at bar that he is ready to submit the claim form alongwith relevant documents including bills to the opposite party.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to submit claim form alongwith relevant documents including bills to the opposite party within 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of order and the opposite party is directed to decide the claim case of the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of claim form alongwith relevant documents including bills from the complainant. Keeping in view peculiar circumstances of the case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
