The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP for an amount of Rs. 2,14,412/- to be paid by the OP to the complainant as full and final settlement within one month from date of receipt of copy of this order. The OP has also agreed to revise the policy.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
