                   Today the case was fixed for appearance of the complainant. The case has been called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant, nor any counsel. The present complaint was filed by the complainant on 20.12.2018 and the case was fixed for notice to OP No. 2 after filing registered cover etc. But notice could not be issued to OP No. 2 due to non-filing of registered cover since 15.03.2019. It seems that the complainant is no more interested in pursuing the present complaint. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, in the interest of natural justice, permission is granted to the complainant to file a fresh complaint if he so desire or advised. Certified copy of this order be supply to the parties concerned as per the rules and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
