                                      Complainant has suffered a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint and wants to file fresh complaint before DCDRC, Panipat as he is resident of Panipat. He has further stated that earlier he was doing job here and now he has left the job and necessary permission may kindly be granted and original documents may be returned. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint before appropriate Commission on the same cause of action where he may seek exemption of time spent before this Commission as per law. Original documents be returned to the complainant against proper receipt after placing on file photostat copies of the same. File be consigned to the record room.
