File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant seeking permission to withdraw the complaint as the matter has been compromised between parties. Power of attorney on behalf of ops filed. Learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that as per instructions of ops’ company they will pay an amount of Rs.38,000/- in full and final settlement within 45 days. Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that he is agreed with the said compromise and present complaint may be decided in view of the statements. In view of the statement of learned counsel for ops as well as learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. The ops shall pay the above said amount of Rs.38,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the above said amount of Rs.38,000/- from ops alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
