                   File put up today on the application moved by learned counsel for ops as the parties have arrived at compromise. Learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that ops are ready to pay an amount of Rs.73,000/- as full and final payment to the complainant within a period of 30 days from today and complaint may be disposed of as per compromise/ statement. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that as per above statement of learned counsel for ops, complainant is ready to receive amount of Rs.73,000/- as full and final payment however in case ops fails to pay the above said amount within thirty days then ops may be held liable to pay interest on the above said amount and as per compromise he withdraws the present complaint as per instructions of complainant and complaint may be disposed of accordingly. In view of the statement of learned counsel for ops as well as learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. The ops shall pay the above said amount of Rs.73,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the above said amount of Rs.73,000/- from ops alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
