                   Learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that as per company instructions, they are ready to pay Rs.14,758/- to the complainant as lump sum amount within one month from today. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of learned counsel for ops and complainant is ready to receive Rs.14,758/- from ops and in case ops fail to pay the said amount within thirty days, then ops may be directed to pay the said amount alongwith interest and present complaint may be disposed of accordingly. In view of the statements of learned counsel for parties present complaint is disposed of being compromsied with the direction to the ops to pay the above said amount of Rs.14,758/- to the complainant within a period of 30 days from today, failing which ops will be liable to pay the above said amount alongwith interest @6% per annum from today till actual realization. File be consigned to the record room.
