                   Today the case is fixed for evidence of ops. However, learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that as per compromise between the parties, the ops are bound to pay an amount of Rs.64,000/- as full and final payment to the complainant  and they will pay the said amount to the complainant within a period of 35 days. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that case may be disposed of as per above statement of learned counsel for ops and ops may be bound down by above said statement. In view of the statements of learned counsel for parties, present complaint is disposed off accordingly with the direction to ops to pay the above said amount of Rs.64,000/- to the complainant within a period of 35 days from today, failing which ops will pay the above said amount of Rs.64,000/- to the complainant alongwith interest at the rate of @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. File be consigned to the record room.
