File put up today on the application moved on behalf of ops on the ground that parties are ready to compromise the matter.  Learned counsel for ops has also suffered a separate statement that in the present complaint matter has been compromised with the complainant and as per compromise, they will make payment of Rs.4000/- to the complainant within 30 days. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for ops, he withdraws the present complaint and ops may be bound down by their above statement. In view of the statements of learned counsel for parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The ops shall be bound down by the statement of their counsel. File be consigned to the record room.
