Case taken up in Lok Adalat. 

                        Counsel for OP has tendered a statement that as per customer request, OP Insurance Company is ready to provide Continuity Benefits under the policy subject to submission of heath declaration by the insured.

                        On the other side, counsel for complainant tendered a statement that he is satisfied with the statement of counsel of OP and prayed for disposing off the present complaint.

                        In view of the above statements so tendered by counsels for both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off.  Parties to the complaint shall remain bound by their statements tendered before the Commission in the Lok Adalat. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to records.
