                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for opposite party.

                   File taken up today on the application for withdrawal of case filed by the complainant’s counsel.

                   Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that the settlement has been effected with the complainant for a sum of Rs.4,01,133/- and according to the settlement, OP is ready to give Rs.4,01,133/-  within 60 days.

                       On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised with direction to the OPs to pay the alleged amount of Rs.4,01,133/-(Rupees four lac one thousand one hundred thirty three only) to the complainant within 60 days. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
